    This is a Scottish doll made of hard plastic and featuring blue blinking eyes. He is dress in head to toe Scottish garb, all he is missing are the bagpipes. His outfit consists of white undies, a plaid kilt and cape attached with a silver medallion. His shoes are painted, but the top of his socks are ribbon. His hat is black faux fur. He is in great condition except for the brown stain on his shirt which could be easily removed with a thorough cleaning.
