Return Policy :
All vintage and antique items have been cleaned or dry cleaned. Furs have not been cleaned. If a fur is in poor condition, we do not sell it. Certain items have been restored. The antique and vintage garments on this site are excellent vintage condition. That said, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know their measurements. Returns are not accepted due to poor fit. Please check our sizing. There are no refunds for accessories or bargain basement items. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please call us immediately at 727.290.VINT (8468) between the hours of 10:00AM & 6:00PM EST. You will receive a confirmation return number via email. Your package must be received by us 5 business days after the confirmation number has been emailed. Include sales receipt with confirmation number. Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect for changes: wear, tear, damaged, and thrown in the box or tag removal. Items not returned respectfully, will be charged a 20% restock fee, or possibly returned at your expense. If everything is in good condition, your method of payment will be credited. The original shipping charge is not refundable. If you are doing an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of all shipping. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item. If the return is not due to our error, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase.
