Boxed 70's Tea Party Purse features collage work. The front of the wooden purse shows Indians spilling tea into the water with the text: Boston Tea Party, The Top of the rounded sided lid shows images of early American Pistols and the back portrays George Washington on horseback with the text Valley Forge. There are metal embossed strips that extend from the back and the sides. Each side too has early American images of Paul Revere riding horseback and American musician. The handle is silver metal and a pearl handle. The lift notch opens the purse and exposes a brushed gold velvet lining and an oval makeup mirror attached to the inner top of the lid.
